| 1.3 | The items listed on our website are not a guarantee of availability. We reserve the right to refuse the trade-in of any item, even if it is displayed on the website. |
| 1.4 | You are responsible for ensuring that the items they wish to sell are their own property and are not subject to any legal restrictions or encumbrances. |
| 2.1 | Quotation Validity: The quotation is valid for 5 days from the date of issue. If you fails to visit the store within 5 days, the quotation will become void. |
| 2.2 | Condition of the trade-in device: You are responsible for providing accurate details about the condition of the trade-in device while getting a quotation online. The estimated quotation is based on the assumption that the trade-in device is in the condition stated exactly the same when drop-off. If the condition of the trade-in device is found to be different than stated at the time of the checking by Fortress staff, the quotation will become void, and the customer will have to go through the process again. |
| 2.3 | Quotes are based on the following criteria: Trade-in equipment needs to be delivered in exactly the same condition as when the quote was submitted. If the condition of the trade-in equipment is found to be inconsistent during inspection, the quotation will be invalid and the customer will need to apply again. |
| 2.4 | Laptop/Notebook trade-in service is only applicable to device with a production date within 5 years. |
| 3.1 | Trade-in Value: The final trade-in value offered will be based on the final checking by Fortress staff. If any defects or damages are found, the trade-in value offered might be different from the estimated quotation. The staff's decision regarding the value of the trade-in device will be final. |
| 3.2 | Ownership and Title: By selling the trade-in device to Fortress, you attest that Fortress is the legal owner of the trade-in device and have clear title to it. |
| 3.3 | Data and Privacy: You have responsible for removing all personal data from the trade-in device before selling it. Fortress will not be responsible for any data left on the phone. |
| 4.1 | The payment made for the trade-in will be used to pay for new purchase, eVoucher or FPS. Trade-In Discount for purchasing new phone (Top-up Offer) only apply to transaction at frontline store. |
| 4.2 | eVoucher is issued via Moneyback App. |
| 4.3 | FPS transfers take 5 business days. You are responsible for ensuring that you provide correct, complete, and up-to-date payment information. Fortress assumes no responsibility for any unsuccessful or delayed payment due to incorrect information provided. |
| 4.4 | FPS payments only support mobile phone numbers in Hong Kong (+852) and are processed in Hong Kong dollars. Once the payment is successfully transferred, the transaction is considered complete and irreversible. |
| 4.5 | You agree and assume all risks associated with using FPS for payment. |
| 5.1 | We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or the trade-in items. |
